How do Induction Wok Hobs work?
One of the most common questions answered by Appliance City and De Dietrich at the event was, "How does it work?". To answer this question briefly, the induction hob features a powerful high frequency electromagnet. This transferred energy causes the wok or pan to become hot. By altering the strength of the magnetic field the heat level can be controlled.
